Join Oakmont and maximize your earning potential. Our system empowers REALTORS to negotiate fair compensation, based on your prior experience and needs. All our commission splits allow the Associate to earn 100% commission after the Associate earns $130,000.00 in commissions per year. After reaching 100%, the Associate will pay a transaction fee of $100 per transaction.  

Champions spread the word about the Brokerage by being official representatives in their markets of influence.  For each new recruit that Associate is responsible for recruiting to join the Brokerage, 10% of the commission (after the commission split) from the Brokerage side will be paid to Associate.
