In short, our mediation services can be defined as a structured, confidential process facilitated by a neutral third party — the mediator — who assists participants in communicating effectively to reach mutual understanding and resolution. As mediators, we do not impose opinions or decisions but instead, we  guide the parties toward finding their own agreement.  All mediation discussions are strictly confidential, promoting open communication and trust. The mediator will not share any information without the parties’ consent, ensuring integrity throughout the process.
